Three more down three to go

This pink set was another special order for Christmas. When I delivered it today I was asked to complete another special order scarf before Christmas. YIKES! I am knitting as fast as I can! I have two scarves and a baby hat and mittens to finish before Christmas.

This color was actually called lemon, but it looks more like off white to me.

This blue set is earmarked for a Christmas gift.

Hat for Mark

Seems like all I am knitting these days are special orders for the shop!

I squeezed this one in between the two sets below and my current order.

I wanted to get this one done before the snow flies.

Eyelash sets

These two sets were knitted for a special order after a customer saw the set I made for my daughter.

What I did on my summer vacation

This is my new passion! I absolutely love knitting socks. The are a great summertime project.
Nice and portable so I can take it along with me, not warm to work on like an afghan.
I almost couldn't wait for chilly weather so I could wear them.
These were made from Lorna Laces. Most comfy and toasty socks yet. I am in love with Lorna's Laces. And If I buy it on Ebay it is not quite as much of a crunch to the pocket book.
Both of these pairs were made from some horribly expensive Opal brand sock yarn I purchased at a little place in Long Grove.

Technically these are not my first pair of socks. My first pair I made too small so I gave them to my daughter...I consider them just a prototype ;)

Scarves

This is another one from my stash on one skeiners. Also ready for the shop complete with tag.

These will be hanging next to the avocado bag at my friends shop

The picture doesn't do these scarves justice. They are incredibly soft and touchable

and the one on the right is a multi colored yarn called Fiesta.

Stunning in person. Almost hate to sell them.
